1. Scope

This policy applies to this website and its sub-pages operated by Greenfield Private Markets DAO (“we”, “us”). It applies when you browse the site, subscribe to updates, submit an inquiry form or register an account.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you provide: name, company name, email address, phone number, message content, and the login credentials used when registering an account.
  • Account and content data: content and activity records generated when you sign in to the admin area and publish or manage articles.
  • Technical logs: standard server logs such as access time, page path, browser and device type, used for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and assess potential financing, investment or partnership needs.
  • To send the industry updates and platform announcements you subscribed to (you may unsubscribe at any time).
  • To maintain site security, prevent abuse, and improve our content and product experience.

We will not use your personal information for purposes unrelated to those above without your consent.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only: (1) with technical service providers necessary to operate the site (such as hosting, database and authentication services); (2) with your explicit authorization; or (3) where required by law, a regulator or legal process.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This website uses strictly necessary cookies and local storage to maintain your session and basic functionality. You may clear or block cookies in your browser, but some features (such as admin sign-in) may then stop working.

6. Storage and security

We use commonly adopted technical and organizational measures — such as encryption in transit, access controls and row-level database policies — to protect your information. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee that no security incident will ever occur.

7. Retention period

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above; after that period it is deleted or anonymized, unless a longer retention period is required by law.

8. Email subscriptions

When you submit your email address in the site footer or a subscription entry point, we record your email address, the source page, your language preference, subscription status and submission time, in order to send you platform updates, research summaries and announcements.

  • Subscriptions are based entirely on your opt-in consent; we do not use subscriber addresses for marketing unrelated to the above, nor do we sell or rent them to third parties.
  • Delivery relies on the email service providers necessary to process your address; those providers process the data only on our instructions.
  • You may unsubscribe at any time via the link at the bottom of every email or by writing to ir@gpmdao.com; after unsubscribing we keep only a minimal suppression record so that we do not email you again.
  • Only one subscription record is kept per email address; after you unsubscribe, subscription data is handled under the retention period in section 9.

Subscriber addresses are managed separately from information submitted through the inquiry form. Subscribing does not make you our client and does not constitute any offer of investment.

9. Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, export of or deletion of your personal information (including your subscriber address), and to withdraw consent previously given. Contact us at ir@gpmdao.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
